“Glorify the Lord with me, let us exalt his name together.” - Psalms 34:3
Pastor (Dr.) Viju Ravindran
Greetings in the most Highly Exalted name of Our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. It gives me immense joy to share of God's wondrous works among us.
The house fellowship started with a humble beginning on 13th February 2011, with a family of two worshipping in truth and spirit. The church witnessed a transition of leadership in which the Lord Almighty clearly spoke to me from 1 Peter 5:2-4 to lead the flock. With utmost fear and trembling, and by HIS GRACE, I surrendered to be a faithful servant to shepherd God’s flock.
It is written in 1 Corinthians 3:6, "I planted, Apollos watered, and Lord gave the increase." The Lord brought souls to our fellowship, by standing in the midst interceding for the lost. Today, we are a family of four (even though we were very many before) who will eventually increase to serve the Lord together.
God has faithfully guided us as a family to witness the years of HIS AMAZING GRACE. We now stand at the juncture of the end of a few years of togetherness in Christ, and the challenges that lie ahead of us in the forthcoming years. Our Church has witnessed amazing miracles and deliverances through prayers. Our goal is for every member to be a prayer warrior so that HIS purpose in our life is fulfilled. As an Evangelist, I would like to extend my deepest appreciation to every member of Immanuel Ministries in being a part of the prayer tower. As I bring this short message to a close, I must mention the tasks that lie ahead. We did witness church growth last year but should yearn for more. There are still gigantic spiritual mountains to climb, and we are yet to comprehend the hidden treasures of the word that’s only revealed by leaning onto our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. There are still unchurched loved ones in the community who are desperately in need of Christ. Let us rise up as Christian soldiers who take the Kingdom of God to the hungry world.
By being a remnant for Christ, we ought not be a stagnant pool but an ever flowing river.
